We are home!!!!
And it feels REALLY good!
And Doodle is VERY glad to me home!
It makes me feel kind of good to know I've created an environment that we truly feel comforted and at peace!
You could just feel the tension start to release just walking through the front door. Kind of like a big hug.
Or maybe that was just the cats swarming us like sharks. ;)
Doodle was released last night around 8:00. She is sore, but her surgery was done laporoscopy, so her wounds are minimal. She is sleepy. But should be able to return to school later this week.
She said, "I won't say I hate school anymore Mommy!" I told her, yep, our situations are always based on perspective!! Oh...and then I had to break down what all that meant to a 10 year old. LOL
Thank you for your prayers!!!! I will update you if anything changes. But as of now, we are home, she is healing and should be back to herself very soon!
